Port Security Equipment Improvement Act of 2012 - Authorizes the use of port security grant program funds for the cost of replacing security equipment or facilities that correct Coast Guard-identified vulnerabilities in port security and ensure compliance with Area Maritime Transportation Security Plans and facility security plans.
