To amend the Small Business Act to permit Native Hawaiian Organizations to have status as HUBZone small business concerns, and for other purposes.
Native Hawaiian HUBZone Opportunity Act of 2012 - Amends the Small Business Act to designate Native Hawaiian organizations as HUBZone (historically underutilized business zone) small businesses for purposes of small business assistance provided through Small Business Administration (SBA).
