        To extend the suspension of duty on Reactive Black 005.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REACTIVE BLACK 005.

    (a) In General.--Heading 9902.24.91 of the Harmonized Tariff 
Schedule of the United States (relating to Reactive Black 005) is 
amended by striking the date in the effective period column and 
inserting ``12/31/2015''.
    (b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by this section applies to 
goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after 
the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
