Directs the Chief of the United States Capitol Police to reimburse a local law enforcement agency for the reasonable costs incurred by the agency in providing protective services at an official public congressional event pursuant to a written agreement entered into prior to the event between the agency and the office of the Member who is the sponsor of the event.
Limits the aggregate amount that may be reimbursed by the Capitol Police for a fiscal year pursuant to such agreements.
