To direct the Secretary of Transportation to establish a program to assist veterans to acquire commercial driver's licenses, and for other purposes.
Veterans Accelerated License Obtainment and Recertification Act of 2011 or VALOR Act of 2011 - Directs the Secretary of Transportation (DOT) to establish accelerated licensing procedures to assist veterans to acquire commercial driver's licenses.
Requires such procedures to apply to any veteran attempting to acquire a commercial driver's license who, during military service, obtained driving experience that makes the use of accelerated licensing procedures appropriate.
