Northern Mariana Islands Federal Depository Library Act - Authorizes the Delegate of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands to designate two libraries in the Northern Mariana Islands as federal depository libraries.
Requires the distribution of U.S. government publications selected from lists prepared by the Superintendent of Documents to such libraries upon request.
