Fair Housing Memorial Authorization Act - Authorizes the Fair Housing Commemorative Foundation to establish a commemorative work on federal land in the District of Columbia and its environs in commemoration of the national significance of the movement for fair housing for all Americans.
Prohibits the use of federal funds to pay any expense for the establishment of the commemorative work.
Makes the Fair Housing Commemorative Foundation solely responsible for acceptance of contributions and payment of expenses for the establishment of such commemorative work.
