To amend title 31, United States Code, to require that money and proceeds from gifts given to reduce the public debt are only deposited into the account established for those gifts.
Restoring Integrity to Public Debt Donations Act - Requires any money and proceeds from the sale of a gift of tangible property accepted by the Administrator of General Services (GSA) for the government from being deposited into any account or fund other than, as under current law, the one for public debt reduction.
