Sikes Act Amendments Act of 2011 - Amends the Sikes Act (conservation programs on military installations and facilities) to include under such Act's coverage state-owned facilities used for National Guard training.
Authorizes the Secretary of a military department to develop and implement an integrated natural resources management plan for a state-owned National Guard installation.
