To require the Secretary of the Treasury to mint coins in commemoration of the Centennial of Marine Corps Aviation, and to support construction of the Marine Corps Heritage Center.
Marine Corps Aviation Centennial Commemorative Coin Act - Directs the Secretary of the Treasury, during the one-year period beginning on January 1, 2015, to mint and issue up to 100,000 $10 coins emblematic of the warrior ethos of the U.S. Marine Corps.
Requires all coin sales to include a $35 surcharge, and all surcharges received to be paid promptly to the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation for construction of the Marine Corps Heritage Center.
