To amend title 46, United States Code, to require delivery by United States mail of any transportation security card issued to an individual who resides in a remote location.
TWIC Delivery Act of 2011 - Directs the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating to deliver biometric transportation security cards by U.S. mail to individuals who reside in a location where the nearest transportation security card enrollment center is not accessible by a state or federal road or is more than 100 miles away.
