To amend title 37, United States Code, to increase the maximum monthly rate for the military special pay known as hostile fire pay, imminent danger pay, or hazardous duty pay, to increase the maximum monthly rate for the family separation allowance paid to deployed members of the Armed Forces, and for other purposes.
Combat Act - Increases, as of the beginning of FY2011, the maximum monthly rates of: (1) hostile fire or imminent danger pay from $225 to $260; (2) hazardous duty pay from $250 to $260; and (3) the monthly family separation allowance from $250 to $285.
