Urges the Department of State, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and all relevant federal departments and agencies to increase efforts and resources dedicated to: (1) providing sustainable and equitable access to safe drinking water and sanitation; and (2) improving the capacity for water resource management for the poor.
