A concurrent resolution authorizing the last surviving veteran of the First World War to lie in honor in the rotunda of the Capitol upon his death.

Declares that, in recognition of the historic contributions of the U.S. veterans who served in World War I, the last surviving U.S. veteran of such War should be permitted to lie in honor in the rotunda of the Capitol upon his death, so that U.S. citizens may pay their last respects to these great Americans.
