Condemns all forms of anti-Semitism and rejects attempts to rationalize anti-Jewish hatred or attacks as a justifiable expression of disaffection over political events in the Middle East or elsewhere.
Decries the comparison of Jews to Nazis perpetrating a Holocaust or genocide as a pernicious form of anti-Semitism.
Calls on leaders to speak out against manifestations of anti-Semitism that have entered the Middle East debate.
Reaffirms support for the mandate of the Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism.
Urges the Secretary of State to: (1) maintain the fight against anti-Semitism as a U.S. foreign policy priority; (2) appoint the Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism; (3) raise with US allies in the Middle East their failure to halt anti-Jewish incitement; and (4) ensure that Department of State Annual Country Reports on Human Rights and International Religious Freedom Reports continue to report on incidents of anti-Semitism.
