A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to permit the use of commissary and exchange facilities by former members of the Armed Forces who were retired or separated for physical disability.

Allows former members of the Armed Forces who were retired or separated for physical disability to use Department of Defense (DOD) commissary stores and morale, welfare, and recreation facilities on the same basis as members on active duty.
