Clean Sports Protection Act - Provides that a covered sports league's or association's policies designed to detect and prevent the use of steroids or other performance-enhancing drugs shall preempt any less stringent provision of a state or local civil law.
Defines "covered sports league or association" as Major League Baseball, Minor League Baseball, the National Football League, the Arena Football League, the National Basketball Association, the Women's National Basketball Association, the National Hockey League, and Major League Soccer
