A bill to enhance global healthcare cooperation and for other purposes.
Global Health Care Cooperation Act - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to allow permanent resident doctors or health care workers to reside in a qualifying developing country (candidate countries) while working in such professions and be considered to be maintaining U.S. presence and residency requirements for naturalization purposes.
Directs the Secretary of State to publish a candidate country list.
