Working Family Child Assistance Act - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to: (1) lower the income threshold used to calculate the refundable portion of the child tax credit; and (2) repeal the annual inflation adjustment to such threshold amount.
Makes provisions of the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 modifying the child tax credit permanent.
