International Civil Rights Center and Museum Commemorative Coin Act - Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to mint and issue, during 2010, up to 1,000 $1 coins in commemoration of the opening of the International Civil Rights Center and Museum in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Requires sales to include a $10 surcharge per coin, to be paid to the International Civil Rights Center and Museum for program development and research.
