Summary

Congratulates and welcomes World Trade Organization (WTO) member Chinese Taipei into the Government Procurement Agreement (GPA).

Encourages Chinese Taipei to uphold GPA standards and recognize and comply with international arbitration agreements and arbitration awards as provided in the Treaty of Friendship, Commerce, and Navigation of 1978.
