Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives with respect to legislation relating to changes in our Nation's health care system.

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that if a health care bill containing a new federal government-sponsored health care program is signed into law, Members of the House should adopt such program as their health insurance coverage.
