Supporting the goals and ideals of Spina Bifida Awareness Month, recognizing the importance of increasing access to health care for individuals with disabilities, including those with Spina Bifida, and raising awareness of the need for health care facilities and examination rooms to be accessible for individuals with disabilities.

Expresses support for the goals and ideals of National Spina Bifida Awareness Month.

Urges: (1) federal efforts to improve health provider awareness of the need for accessible health care facilities for individuals with disabilities; and (2) the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) to establish a National Advisory Committee on Access to Health Care for Individuals with Disabilities.
