Commending the political leadership of Northern Ireland on reaching the Hillsborough Agreement on policing and justice.

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that: (1) the Hillsborough Agreement marks a significant step in the peace process for Northern Ireland; (2) Northern Ireland's political leadership should be commended for taking the difficult steps to reach the Agreement; and (3) the United States supports the Agreement and will stand by the people of Northern Ireland in their peace efforts.
