Recognizes the fifth anniversary of the signing of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement between the government of the Republic of the Sudan and the Sudan People's Liberation Movement/Army.
Urges: (1) all parties in Sudan to cease hostile activities and to commit to establishing peace; and (2) the President of the United States and the Secretary of State to intervene at the highest levels within the international community to reinvigorate support for the establishment of peace in Sudan.
