Amends the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 (EESA) to direct the Secretary of the Treasury to establish an Internet website containing a searchable database of the executive compensation of the institutions receiving assistance under the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP).
Requires any institution receiving any TARP assistance to disclose annually to the Secretary the total compensation of: (1) each of its 100 most highly paid executives, officers, or employees; or (2) for an institution with fewer than 1,000 employees, each of the top 5% of its most highly paid executives, officers, or employees.
