To amend title 38, United States Code, to provide for the entitlement of surviving spouses of members of the Armed Forces who die while serving on active duty to educational assistance under the Post-9/11 Educational Assistance Program, and for other purposes.
Spouses of Fallen Heroes Scholarship Act - Entitles to educational assistance under the post-9/11 educational assistance program the surviving spouses of members of the Armed Forces who die while serving on active duty on or after September 11, 2001. Allows such spouses 20 years after the member's death to utilize such assistance.
Requires individuals entitled to both post-9/11 educational assistance and survivors' and dependents' educational assistance to utilize the post-9/11 educational assistance first.
