To require the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to establish and maintain a website to track the expenditure of Government funds.

Requires the Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to establish a publicly available website for tracking, in detail, all expenditures of funds over $500 which are appropriated or otherwise available to the federal government.
