Sikes Act Amendments Act of 2010 - Amends the Sikes Act (conservation programs on military installations and facilities) to include under such Act's coverage state-owned facilities used for National Guard training.
Authorizes the Secretary of a military department to develop and implement an integrated natural resources management plan for a state-owned National Guard installation. Outlines plan elements and requires such plans to be reviewed at least every five years.
Makes permanent and expands (under current law, a pilot program for FY2009-FY2014 limited to Guam) the program for invasive species management for military installations.
