Summary

Prohibits the Secretary of Veterans Affairs (VA), in determining the eligibility of a small business for inclusion in a VA-maintained database of small businesses owned and controlled by veterans and the veteran owners thereof, from considering: (1) the work schedule of the veteran owner; or (2) whether the small business sells or otherwise conducts business with respect to more than one product line.
