Makes it the policy of the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to ensure reasonable and sustainable workloads and schedules for supervisory and management employees.
States that any changes in, or termination of, pay policies and schedules and fringe benefit programs for members of the recognized supervisors' organization shall be done in accordance with a specified consultation process.
