To repeal specific provisions in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
Removing Deals for Deficit Reduction Act - Repeals specified provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), and restores or revives provisions amended or repealed by such provisions, related to: (1) an adjustment to the federal medical assistance percentage for qualifying disaster-recovery states; (2) special rules for Medicare Advantage plans in certain areas allowing the provision of supplemental health care benefits; (3) an adjustment to Medicaid payments for Hawaii for inpatient hospital services provided by a disproportionate share hospital; (4) Medicare coverage eligibility for certain individuals exposed to environmental health hazards; (5) the establishment of a floor on the area wage index for a frontier state for purposes of a geographic adjustment to Medicare payments to hospitals for inpatient services; (6) the appropriation of funds for debt service on, or direct construction or renovation of, a health care facility that provides research, inpatient, tertiary care, or outpatient clinical service; and (7) exemptions for certain health insurers and certain types of insurance from the annual fee for health insurance providers.
