To amend title 32, United States Code, to authorize the Secretary of Defense to cover a larger share of expenses under the National Guard Youth Challenge Program in the case of a State program during its first three years of operation.
National Guard Youth Challenge Enhancement Act - Amends the National Guard Youth Challenge Program (a training program to improve life skills and employment potential of civilian youth participants) to increase the authorized Department of Defense (DOD) share of expenses to 100% of operating costs for the first three years of a state program of the Program.
