Cross Border Reservation Drug Trafficking Sentence Enhancement Act of 2010 - Amends the Controlled Substances Import and Export Act to impose a fine and/or 10-year prison term (to be served consecutively to any other sentence for a violation of such Act) on anyone who knowingly or intentionally traffics in a controlled substance within a federal or state Indian reservation that borders or traverses any portion of the U.S. international border.
