Arctic Deep Water Sea Port Act of 2010 - Directs the Secretary of Defense (DOD) to conduct a study of, and report to Congress on, the feasibility and potential of establishing a deep water sea port in the Arctic to protect and advance U.S. strategic interests within the Arctic region.
