To direct the Secretary of the Treasury to make publicly available on the Internet the electronic communications of certain TARP recipients.
Financial Crisis Public Disclosure Act of 2010 - Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to make publicly available on the Internet, within 120 days after enactment of this Act, the electronic communications of certain employees at large firms that have received funds under the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 (EESA).
Creates a privacy exemption for communication of a purely personal nature or that would otherwise be privileged.
