Replaces the Under Secretary of Transportation for Security in the Department of Transportation (DOT) with the Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security as head of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Increases the term of office of the Assistant Secretary from 5 to 10 years.
