To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to exempt public school rehabilitation from the tax-exempt use exception to the rehabilitation credit.

Amends Internal Revenue Code, with respect to the rehabilitation tax credit, to allow such credit for expenditures to rehabilitate public school property that is leased to a tax-exempt entity.
