To provide for cost-of-living adjustment of the resources limits under the Supplemental Security Income Program.

Amends title XVI (Supplemental Security Income) of the Social Security Act to redefine the resource limits, with cost-of-living adjustments, in the formulae for determining SSI eligibility.
