North Korea Sanctions Act of 2009 - Imposes certain sanctions under the Arms Export Control Act on North Korea as a result of its May 2009 detonation of a nuclear explosive device.
Authorizes the President to waive such sanctions for reasons of national security or nonproliferation objectives.
