Restorative and Enhanced Vision Access for Medicare Patients (REVAMP) Act of 2009 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to cover vision restoration therapy devices and associated software used in the patient's home to treat impaired visual function as durable medical equipment (DME).
