To provide for the limitation on entry of steel, drywall, and cement products that fail to meet industry standards.

Directs the Secretary of Homeland Security to require the Commissioner for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, at his or her discretion, to prohibit entry into the United States of steel, drywall, and cement products that fail to meet appropriate industry standards.
