To amend title 18, United States Code, with respect to money laundering.
Money Laundering Correction Act of 2009 - Amends the federal criminal code relating to money laundering to: (1) allow a conviction for money laundering based on merely concealing or disguising monetary instruments; and (2) expand the concept of monetary proceeds to include gross receipts.
