To amend title 23, United States Code, to allow an exception for the weight limits for certain towing trucks.

Allows as an exception to federal weight limits the operation of a tow truck, weighing no more than 150,000 pounds, which removes a disabled vehicle from the Interstate System to a storage or repair facility 100 miles or less from the point where such vehicle becomes disabled.
