Recognizes the historic significance of the 60th anniversary of the integration of the Armed Forces.
Reaffirms the commitment of the federal government to ensuring diversity in the military.
Commends African-Americans, Hispanics, Asian-Americans, Native Americans, and service members of all races and nationalities for their achievements, sacrifices, and contributions to our Armed Forces in all conflicts in U.S. history in the face of discrimination, hostility, and other obstacles.
