A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend the excise tax provisions and income tax credit for biodiesel.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to extend through December 31, 2017, the income tax credit for biodiesel used as fuel and the excise credits for biodiesel mixtures and biodiesel used to produce biodiesel mixtures.
