Freedom's Way National Heritage Area Act - Establishes the Freedom's Way National Heritage Area in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Designates the Freedom's Way Heritage Association, Inc., (the Association) as the local coordinating entity for the Area.
Requires the Association to submit a management plan for the Area.
Authorizes appropriations.
