A bill to amend title XXI of the Social Security Act to eliminate the remainder of funding shortfalls for the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) for fiscal year 2007, and for other purposes.

Amends title XXI (State Children's Health Insurance) (SCHIP) of the Social Security Act (SSA) to provide additional amounts to eliminate the remainder of SCHIP funding shortfalls for FY2007.

Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services, in order to verify SSA title XIX (Medicaid) financial eligibility, to collaborate with the Commissioner of Social Security for use of the system for obtaining financial institution information to verify eligibility for SSA title XVI (Supplemental Security Income) (SSI) benefits.
