To amend the Digital Television Transition and Public Safety Act of 2005 to extend the expiration date of digital-to-analog converter box coupons from 3 months to 6 months.
Digital Television Coupon Extension Act of 2008 - Amends the Digital Television Transition and Public Safety Act of 2005 to require that coupons that can be applied toward the purchase of digital-to-analog converter boxes expire six months (currently, three months) after issuance. Applies the change to coupons issued after enactment of this Act.
