To amend title 10, United States Code, to increase the number of outpatient visits for mental health care that do not require preauthorization for dependents of certain members of the Armed Forces.
Christopher Van Der Horn Military Survivors Mental Health Access Act - Declares that preadmission authorization is not required for the first sixteen outpatient mental health visits for a dependent of a member of the Armed Forces who died while eligible to receive hostile fire pay or from a disease or injury incurred while eligible for such pay.
